1. Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• During busy periods or for fragile/oversized items, processing may take up to 3 business days to ensure safe packaging.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via An Post Registered Parcel Post.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

3. Delivery Estimates

• Ireland: 2–5 business days

4. Packaging & Sustainability

• We use eco-friendly and recycled packaging materials whenever possible.

• Fragile vintage items are wrapped with extra care to ensure safe arrival.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

• For lost packages, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Local Collection (Optional)

• Customers in the Carlow & surrounding areas may arrange free local pickup by appointment.
