Vintage Cliff Pottery Youghal Irish Studio Ceramic Posy Vase (c.1970s/80s).

A fantastic piece of collectible Irish studio ceramics: a hand-thrown multi-hole posy/flower frog vase crafted by Cliff Pottery in Youghal, Co Cork, Ireland.  Designed for structural ikebana or casual wildflower arrangements, the bulbous vessel features a central mouth ringed by an outer row of neat stem cutouts.  It is coated in a stunning, high gloss reactive drip glaze highlighting running tones of deep amber, forest green and cream.

Authenticity:  Fully stamped with the potter's mark on its unglazed red terracotta clay base.

Condition:  Excellent vintage condition, high gloss surface is beautiful & free from any chips or cracks.
