Completely hand-thrown on the wheel in Kilkenny's famous Castle Yard, this heavy earthenware piece features an elegant hourglass shape that dramatically flares out into an undulating, ruffled rim. 

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The high-gloss glaze remains beautifully vibrant and glossy with no chips, cracks, structural damage, or repairs. The raw terracotta interior neck is clean. The incised base signature is crisp and easily legible.
