Vintage 1970s Iden Pottery Rye Studio Ceramic "Saddleback Pig" Crock

Hand-thrown and beautifully decorated, this heavy earthenware piece depicts a stylized British Saddleback pig foraging across a soft, impressionistic green and blue pastoral landscape.

Condition: Good vintage cosmetic condition with vibrant exterior glazes. Please note that this piece is missing its original lid/cork. Additionally, there are two fine hairline cracks along the inner upper rim (as shown in the close-up photos). They do not affect the structural stability of the piece for display or holding dry goods, but it is no longer suitable for liquid or airtight food storage. Priced down accordingly.
