Antique Victorian Brass Chain-Link Frame with Londonderry Portrait - circa 1895

A rare, miniature late 19th-century Victorian cast brass easel frame with a decorative interlocking chain-like border.  The adjustable brass backing strut stamped with the historic German patent mark "D.R.G.M.".

Housed inside is an original late Victorian portrait card from the prominent J. Glass photographic studio on Carlisle Road, Londonderry, Ireland.

Beautifully aged natural brass patina.  This is a rare, pocket-sized collectible in excellent antique condition.

Outer Frame is approx 8.5cm x 6.5cm
